It's not the prosthetics and orthotics that make Cascade Prosthetics & Orthotics different; it's our people. The staff at Cascade Prosthetics & Orthotics has many years of experience and many specialties. Certified fitters, Certified Prosthetists, Certified Orthotists, experts in diabetic footwear and skilled craftspeople will work with you to meet your needs.

From the first person you meet on your initial visit to the caring and knowledgeable practitioner who works with you year after year, we will do whatever we can to make every interaction with us positive.

Years of experience for Cascade Prosthetics & Orthotics practitioners:

Don Buethorn, CPO – graduated from UW in 1980 with BS in P&O. Don opened the clinic in 1982 after his two year internship in Boise, ID. He has over 3 decades of experience and is an expert in pediatric bracing. He still owns the clinic, as well as our sister company Cascade DAFO.

Craig Keyes, CP – graduated in 1976 from NYU. Craig also has over 3 decades of experience in the field of orthotics and prosthetics.

Cindy Diener, CPO – joined Cascade P&O in 1994. She graduated in 1994 from UW with BS in Prosthetics & Orthotics. Cindy has 17 years experience all working with patients here at Cascade P&O.

James Redhed, CPO – also graduated from UW in 1991 with BS in P&O. He is our most recent clinician to join our team in Ferndale. James came from Cleveland Clinic, where he worked for 19 years. Let his 20 years of experience work for you.

Debbie Donaldson, CPO – graduated from UW in 1992 with BS in P&O. Debbie's 2 decades of experience is all here at Cascade P&O in Mount Vernon.

Larry Paise, CPO – graduated UW in 2002 with BS in Prosthetics & Orthotics. Larry joined Cascade P&O in 2009 bringing a decade of experience to the patients here in the Skagit Valley.
